Greetings, I welcome you to my blog and wish to share some thoughts with you today. I sometimes hear potential clients say that they're not sure that they need estate planning because, "I don't have anything." But when I question them further about their estate planning needs, I learn that the individual owns a home and a car, they have a couple of bank accounts and an antique silver flatware set. Indeed, the client has acquired an estate and which requires the creation of a carefully thought out estate plan so that the client's choices and decisions are protected when it comes time.... I love helping people protect their greatest assets, their loved ones, and then their finances and other assets. The greatest advice that I can give anyone is to prepare for today and the future and to allow a competent estate planning attorney guide you with the preparation of your estate plan.
